We are a Vietnamese-inspired fast casual restaurant offering non-traditional Bánh Mì sandwiches, summer rolls, salads and more.

Our Story

When we first discovered the Banh Mi sandwich we couldn’t get it out of our minds. The Bánh Mì sandwich was the shining example of how the purpose and placement of each ingredient can create layers of flavor from salty, sweet, sour and spicy that pops with each bite. We knew it was our destiny to share this treasure with the world. We wanted to offer everything we loved about the Banh Mi sandwich in various ways that would please a variety of guests. When we began experimenting we were amazed at how many ways we could enjoy BONMi – as a sandwich (of course) - as a salad – over warm quinoa and jasmine rice, or as a noodle bowl. The options are endless, and we are constantly experimenting to bring you new ways to enjoy BONMi!
